A really incredible dish,
I’m already thinking remake it tomorrow morning.
I used toasted sesame oil to fry tofu, and cold pressed for the salad; natural tahini( not really well pressed so that with 3 SP I have a fragrant dressing and some sesame seed floating in it ) instead of toasted white/yellow sesame seeds.
It tasted exactly like chicken, for me. Do you think I can be able to recreate this taste and then use tofu in other dishes?
Marinating the tofu in a dressing like this one?
I had not snow peas leftover, but roman lettuce and some green chili/green pepper I boiled. Only alfa-alfa sprout for dietary resons.
